Online Application Platform

The King Baudouin Foundation is taking an important step towards even better service delivery with the launch of My KBF , a new online portal that provides you with simple, secure, and efficient access to your interactions with the Foundation.

Through My KBF, you can:

  • submit a funding application for a project;
  • track the status of your ongoing files;
  • consult and manage documents;
  • easily keep your information up to date.

Temporary transition period

During the transition to My KBF, two systems will temporarily coexist for submitting application files.

Depending on the call for projects, you may still need to use the existing platform.

Have you already received a grant from the King Baudouin Foundation? Then go directly to My KBF

  • My KBF (new portal)

    For new calls and services that are already available in the new portal.

  • Candidate.be (existing platform)

    For calls and files that are still being managed through the current system for the time being.

You can start completing your application form, store an unfinished version and finally send it later. Once it has been sent, you can no longer alter your application form. You will receive an e-mail and a pdf to confirm your submission.
